Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: All purchases are final. Once a session is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
Missed Readings: If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be considered missed after 30 minutes past the start time.
Rescheduling: Missed sessions and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled session time cannot be rescheduled. Please ensure you are available for your appointment to avoid losing your session.
